Returns & Claims
Buyers must notify Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd in writing of any shortages, damage, or defects within 10 days of the date delivered. Returns due solely to customer preference or error will normally be accepted only if received within 30 days of the date delivered.
Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf and may not be returnable by us to the manufacturer.
No return will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
Return freight/shipping charges must be pre-paid by the Buyer; we will not accept COD shipments. If any products are returned without pre-authorization from Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd or if delivery of any product is refused, Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd will immediately apply an appropriate restocking fee at our discretion, plus shipping costs. Products that were shipped as Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable will be held awaiting your instructions for 10 days after which Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd may deem the products abandoned and dispose of them, without crediting your account
Credit for returned items will be issued at the discretion of Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd after inspection by our Receiving Department. Only products originally shipped from Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd will be accepted as returns. All returned products should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions (except defective). To facilitate inspection of shortages, damages, or defects, we may require additional information from the customer, such as descriptions, photos, or other cooperation. Factory defects may require additional time for inspection by the manufacturers, and some parts may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer.
It’s important to us the parts you receive are exactly what you’re looking for! If components are missing, damaged, or the wrong part was ordered we do have a Return process available for you.
Please note we do not offer exchanges. Credit or replacements will be issued in this case.
Once you have completed the form, our Return department will reach out to you within 5 business days.
Please note photos will be required if you need to return parts for the following reasons -
Damaged goods
Missing components
Wrong parts
You can email us a photo of the parts and packaging to returns@agility.net.in Be sure to reference photos filled in Return form in the subject line.
Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd does not accept direct exchanges.
A new order will need to placed and a Return submitted for the incorrect part number.
Before determining if something has gone wrong with your order please check the following:
1. Make sure that your order does not have a pending back order for the remaining parts. You can view the order status in "My Account", or check with customer service.
2. If your company has a receiving team, check with them to ensure the order was received and is correctly accounted for.
3. Check shipping confirmation emails from Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd to ensure tracking shows delivery.
If your order is completed and delivered but there is still a problem, you will need to submit a claim using our Return Form.
Please fill out the form for the following issues:
Parts received are damaged or defective
Received less quantity than ordered
Received more than ordered quantity
Received a part not listed on your order
Be sure to include any photos or helpful information for the situation, it will help us to expedite the process.
Once submitted our Claims department will be in touch with you within 3 business days.

RMA Policy
Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd accepts merchandise returns (RMA) subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund payment back per to customer(s) decision.
